What Does The Lipid Profile Show?

my amount of total cholesterol is:198.6, HDL:40.7, LDL :110.7, and serum glycerides :236.2. and i had a pain in my chest, was in hospital for about a day. and now i have the pain in my chest again so could you please tell me about what my serum lipid profile means.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Triglycerides show mild elevation and requires to be brought down.
2. All other lipid profile are within normal limits.
3. Exercises, weight reduction and low fat diet is essential
4. Chest pain correlation with ECG could evaluate the amount of atherosclerosis. Get an ECG done or later stress treadmill test.
