What Does The Kidney Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi sir, This is shiva kumar from hyderabad, i had kidney stones 10 mm in size in left kidney and undergone for surgery URSL, six months past and now again the pain is raising in left kidney, now i took painkiller injection and went for ultrasound scanning, the report shows that PELVICALYCEAL SYSTEM DILATED IN LEFT KIDNEY (HYDRONEPHROSIS), and evidence of 3 CALCULI MEASURING 7.8, 602, 601 MM NOTED IN MID POLE OF RIGHT KIDNEY, today morning again i got severe pain from midnight to morning, is it dangerous what is the problem i had, and how can it cured, is there a chance of kidney failure. please help me sir

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the renal stone detected then it needs to be removed before it could cause the renal failure this is the rule, better to have a word with urosurgeon hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
