What Does The Following Widal Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, My widal report says S. Typhi antigen O:- positive (titer 1:320) and S Typhi antigen H:- positive (titer 1:320) and S paratyphi A negative and Paratyphi B negative.... what does this mean and what medication do you suggest. Please let me know..

I really appreciate your concern, it could be typhoid fever but test report needs to be correlate with the clinical symptoms and condition because it may not be active form of infection, it is just the titration and does not indicates or shows the presence of organism so clinical condition is important hope this information helps.
