What Does The Following Urine Culture Report Indicate?

Hi can you help me please just want to know what it is the result of my urine reflex culture is RBC = 9 and WBC = 7. What does it mean? i was thinking i have an infection but when i give my urine that time my period came so i think the RBC is not accurate? Better to have another test right?

Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that the presence of WBC in your urine indicates that you have mild urinary tract infection. As you said that you were having your periods when vyou took the test the presence of RBC in urine is inconclusive. I would advise you to drink lots of water and fluids. Take cranberry juice as it helps to cure urinary tract infection. Repeat the test after a few days. If you still have the infection you may have to take an antibiotic course.
