General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.

I will only understand this result if I I also do direct examination to you.
But, briefly, this urinalysis result means that you had a bacterial infection in the urinary tract, based on the fact that found red blood cells, white blood cells, and also a lot of bacteria.
1. Red blood cells, normally there is no RBC in urine. If there is RBC, then there is an infection and also small bleeding caused or ulcer in the urinary tract.
2. White blood cells, normally there is no WBC in urine. If there is WBC, it might caused by infection
3. Bacteria, normally there is no bacteria in urine.

So, I'll suggest you to consult it further with your treating doctor or an urologist. The doctor may suggest to the urine cultivated to know the specific bacteria so he'll find the best choice for treating you.

Hope this helps.
Take Care
