What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Hello doc good morning the result of my lab test in Urinalysis are color: yellow . Clarity : clear.. Ph 7.0 specifiv gravity 1.005.. pus cells 2-4hpf red cells 1-3 hpf epithelial cells:occasional. bacteria:occasional crystals.. phosphates.occasional. how was it doc?? Thank you

I understand your concern
Compare your ruien report with normal urine analysis:
Color: yellow to straw_____________normal
Clarity : clear to hazy______________normal
Ph: 4.5-8____________________7.0___nomal
Specific gravity:1.005-1.025________ 1.005________normal
pus cells: up to 5/hpf_________2-4 hpf__normal
red cells: epithelial cells:15-20/hpf_________occasional___normal
bacteria:nil____________occasional____infection
crystal-phosphates.occasional_____________normal

Presence of the bacteria suggests urinary tract infection. Confirmation should done by Urine culture by consulting the urologist.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS, tablet pyridium and nitrozolim
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty the bladder completeky.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
