How Can A Solid Cyst In The Right Ovary With Subcentimeter Simple Cyst Around It Be Treated?

Hi doctor...my wife has undergone a tvs. Report shows normal uterus size with normal myometrial echogenicity. Right ovary volume 8.6 cc with. There is a well defined 13 x15 mm size hyperechoic areas solid cyst. Subcentimeter simple cyst around it another well defined hyperechoic solid with lesson measuring 11x12 mm. Minimal free fluid seen in cul-de-sac. Doctor can you tell me what has happened as I cannot understand this report and my wife has pain in her abdomen. Thank you

Sir there is solid hyperechoic lesions in ovary as these are solid these are not ovarian cyst . And I will recommend CT or MRI pelvis to know exact nature of these two masses . Please go for scan at the earliest . MRI will be better . After diagnosis further plan can be decided. Give antispasmodic drugs as Drotoverine 40 mg two times plus tab Diclofenic 100 mg two times plus tab Ranitidine 150 mg two times.
