Is Abortion The Only Option When No Cardiac Activity Is Found At 7 Weeks And 3 Days Of Pregnancy?

Hi I m pregnant my last lmp was on 21st April I had spotting during 1.5month n I had next scan on 21st June wer cardiac activity was nt found n scan showed 7weeks Dr told to abortion but I waited for the next few days n I got scan wch showed 7weeks 3 days on 3rd July and showed no cardiac activity found but growth s 14mm at last scan it was 11.3mm cn u please send suggestions wt to do either to wait r abortion

I understand your concern.

Cardiac activity in foetus appears normally by 7 weeks and can be detected by Ultrasound.
If cardiac activity is not there other factors like gestational sac and visibility of foeatal pole is determined.
It is likely that miscarriage has occured if these 3 factors are not commensurate with the gestational age.
You need to meet gynaecologist and see the best option which will work for you.
