What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
my endometrium mid line display is 7.0,4.1 and 6.4. and scan of the pelvic shows A/V uterus. endometrium cavity empty. right ovary seen multiple tiny follicle peripherally arranged suggestive of p.c.o. left ovary normal. no free fluid seen in cw-de-sac. what its mean?
The following things can be inferred based on the ultrasound findings you have mentioned.
1. A/V Uterus is normal position and endometrial measurements are within normal limits.
2. Empty endometrial cavity indicates that you have not conceived.
3. Right ovary is showing findings indicative of polycystic ovaries disease. Left ovary is normal.
4. No fluid in cul-de-sac indicates that there is no infection present in pelvis as well as the ovulation has not occurred.
