General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The following things can be inferred based on the ultrasound findings you have mentioned.

1. A/V Uterus is normal position and endometrial measurements are within normal limits.
2. Empty endometrial cavity indicates that you have not conceived.
3. Right ovary is showing findings indicative of polycystic ovaries disease. Left ovary is normal.
4. No fluid in cul-de-sac indicates that there is no infection present in pelvis as well as the ovulation has not occurred.

Kindly consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
