What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Mean?

female, 48 yrs. old, not sexsuall active, no children. Ulrasound tests show the ff:

uterus is retroverted, enlarged and irregular in shape with heterogenous echotexture. There are multiple hypoechoic masses:

M1: 24 x 33 mm anterofundal intramural/subserous

M2: 41 x 33 mm anterior intramural

M3: 47 x 41 mm posterior intramural

M4: 21 x 15 mm posterior intramural

1.Uterus seen tilted posteriorly in relation to the urinary bladder - which is one of the normal variations ( not to worry).
2.Enlarged in size due to presence of masses / lesions with altered echo-texture.
3.There are multiple mass lesions in the uterus 1.anterior wall of uterus in to endometrium and out side of the uterus / serosa 2.Anterior and posterior intramural ( in the muscle ).
4.Multiple fibroids are generally treated surgically.
5. Hormonal treatment will not work generally in multiple fibroids with above mentioned measurement.
