What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I recently had an abortion over 3 months ago and still have not gotten my period. My ultrasound revealed an 4 mm ovarian cyst and fluid around my uterus. I also have several fibroids and pain on my lower left side and constant aching in my overall abdomen. After ruling out infection and taking the abortion pill that resulted in cramping but no blood. I am now on birth control pills to see if that will help. It s been 2 weeks and my abdomen is constantly sore and achy. Is this the right treatment, this is my doctors 3rd attempt at treatment. Thank you

hi mam,I can understand your agony.you had mentioned that only cramping without bleeding occurred.i would like to know if the ultrasound scan is done before or after taking abortion pills.if the scan is done after and no viable foetus if noted,it is a confirmed that abortion is complete.if not,you can go for an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound.presence of uterine fibroids aggravates pain during uterine cramp.moreover,these many attempts of abortion are not advisable.so, you can have a second opinion from other competent gynaecologist and can have the ultrasound done there.it surely rules out all your doubts.hope my answer is clear.any further doubts are always welcome.thank you.take care.bye.
