What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello doctor, I just have ultrasound report. The finding is : Normal sized Retroverted Uterus Intact Endometrium Polycystic Ovaries Tubulocystic Strustures, Bilateral Adnexae, Suggestive of Hydrosalpinges What is the meaning of that? Thank u doctor.

Thanks for posting on HCM
The results suggest many cysts(fluid filled sac) in ovaries.This is mostly seen in PCOS(Polycystic ovarian syndrome).However, this condition may be asymptomatic at first.
Hydrosalpinx suggest fluid in the fallopian tubes.This is mostly seen in pelvic inflammatory diseases/STIs.
In all, it suggest 2 Gynecological problems to manage.I will suggest you see your Gynecologist to manage you for infection and evaluate you for PCOD.
