What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i am 44 years old mother a 10 years child. last january unfortunally i am facing problem of 15 days of my period and when i went to the doctor my urin test result was positive of pregency and ultrasonography result shows incomplete abortion. after that my doctor complete my abortion. from the next month again when period starts and it takes 9 days then again i went to my doctor who also prescribe me for one years taking iron and calcium tablets. and with these she also gave me gynae cvp tablets daily 6 tablets for 3 days. after that my periods going on as usual normal . but in this month i should be faced problem. again my periods starts on 15th and till now it willbe contuning. now how should i stop my period? again am i taking gynea cvp tablets? foe stopping my periods?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may have hormonal imbalance,this is nothing to do with your previous incidence.

It could be due to DUB(dysfunctional uterine bleeding).

AT present to stop bleeding , gynae cvp does not work much,it is a multivitamin with vit c and iron, helpful after abortion.
You can use it but not that effective to show immediate effect.

More effective will be TRAMIC -MF,containing tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid combination, and vitamin K supplements for the immediate effect.

Get a ultra scan if bleeding still persists and look for any fibroid and endometrial pathology.
