General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Your report suggest you have negative thyroid test.
You are not suffering from the active thyroid infection.
TYPHI O: 1/80
TYPHI H:1/40
Para Typhi AH: 1/20
Para Typhi BH: 1/20
Cutoff value for typhoid infection is 1:160.

So I advice you to other test for other cause of fever if you have fever:
Blood culture, CBC, ESR, malarial parasite test, test for chikengunia antibody.
Meanwhile take paracetamol for fever, drink plenty of lukewarm water, avoid outside food and water.
Antibiotic depend on the culture report after consulting the MD physician.
Hope this will help you
