What Does The Following Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi, I m 37 years old and never been get pregnant. I have a missed period of 7weeks and lately have mens(3 days now). The transvaginal ultrasound says normal sized anteverted uterus with intramural myoma, thin endometrium and my ovaries contain small subcapsular follicles. I am so worried, I want to be a mother and bear child. Any chance of getting pregnant? Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned in the report it has written as anteverted uterus, it means that it is slighted tilted but nothing to be worried about it for conception.

Secondly you have an intramural myoma which is a small non cancerous tumor, it has no role in fertility but for future plan remove it by laparascopic surgical procedures

Thirdly you have poly cystic ovary for which you need treatments.

Finally, i may conclude that you have chance and you can conceive if treatment is done in proper manner and expert hands only.

Hope that helps
