What Does The Following Transvaginal Scan Report Suggest?

I had a TVS yesterday, the result states: The uterus is retroverted and slightly enlarged measuring 7.4x6.6x6.3cm. Homogeneous myometrial echotexture with a hyperechoic mass in the anterior fundus measuring 3.1x3.0cm. and multiple scattered small hypoechoic nodules with the largest measuring 0.8x0.5cm. Intact endometrium with a thickness of 5.5mm. The ovaries measure: right=3.6x2.8x2.5cm; left=3.6x3.0x2.7cm. Both ovaries have multiple follicles with the dominant noted in the left ovary measuring 0.9x0.9cm. No adnexal mass. No fluid in the cul-de-sac. Impression: *adenomyosis *normal sized ovaries with follicles *negative adnexal findings *no cul-de-sac fluid collection Where is the measurement of my myoma? What does those medical term and measurement means? My concern/purpose in having this TVS is for me to check/monitor the growth of my myoma and adenomyosis. Unfortunately, i got a different radiologist, i can t compare this one to my other result which i took last march this year. I am 34, a filipina and a mother of one. I always have this severe pain every time i have my period, the pain would sometimes last for 3-5days, normal flow, but there were instances where it went heavy. More power -Pam
