Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The ultrasound trans abdominal and trans vaginal shows presence of two small fibroids ( mass lesions ) in the uterine myometrium.
2.The endometrium shows thickness of 13 mm which can be normal in proliferative state of cycle.
3.Ovaries appears normal in their measurements with follicles is normal condition.
4.Since fibroids are tiny they can be tried to treat with hormonal treatment and a followup scan after the treatment.
5.Follicular study is recommended to follow them till they rupture to start treatment for ovulation for fertilisation process.
6.Rest all the features, adnexa appears normal. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
