The impressions of my tvu are this. 1. Normal retroverted uterus. 2. Thin endometrium( hyperechoic measuring 0.65 cm.) With mobile echoes. 3. Bilateral polycystic ovaries. 4. Clear posterior ovaries. 5. Unremarkable cervix. Do its not seems dangerous? Cause worried

I really appreciate your concern, the give imaging report is suggestive of cystic ovarian disease and it is not the danger but can be managed medically also hope this information helps.
