What Does The Following Test Result Indicate?

The uterus is normal in echotexture, with small Nabothian cysts, the largest measuring 7 millimeters. The endometrium measures 9.7 centimeters maximum thickness. The ovaries and adnexa are unremarkable bilaterally and there is no pelvic free fluid.

Hello

Ultrasound findings are almost normal.
Uterus is normal in echo texture.
There are small nabothian cysts in cervix.These are age related developmental findings.It doesn't cause any symptoms and generally doesn't require any treatment.
Endometrial thickness is probably in millimeter(cm may be typing mistake) and it is normal.
Ovaries,POD and adnexa are normal.
In short,findings are normal.
