What Does The Following Stress Test Result Indicate?

I m 54 and just lost my wife to cancer in July, I m 297lbs and trying to get myself back in shape, just had two EGK s done over the last three weeks and they both came back with moderate interior repolarization disturbance secondary to infarct with QRS of 98 ms and QT/QTc: 406/361 ms. Had a stress test done two years ago to get a benchmark of my current health. Basically no negative diagnosis was given just watch your diet and exercise. THe cardiologist has me schedule this week for a Echo and PET scan. I just like to know more about what moderate inferior repolarization disturbance secondary to infarct means? I appreciate any help. Thank You, Marty

Hello,

This means abnormalities in ECG that is associated with reduced blood supply to a part of heart muscle or over work of heart muscle or normal variant.

So you have to confirm it by echocardiography and angiogram. Please consult your cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
