The sputum normally should not contain pus cells. The presence of cocci gram-positive and negative and puss cells are signs of bacterial infection.
You should do a culture of the sputum and take treatment according to antibiogram.
If I would treat you empirically I would use a broad spectrum of antibiotics like cephalosporins.
