What Does The Following Spondylosis MRI Result Mean?

Impression of MRI Spondylosis causes mild effacement of the ventral canal at c3-4, C5-6 & C6-7, mild foraminal compromise bilaterally at C6-7, mild right foraminal compromise at C3-4, very mild compromise on the left at c4-5 and right at C5-6. Reversal of the cervical lordosis suggests muscular spasm. Can you please tell me what all of this means.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

There is mild pressure on the nerve roots from the neck area of the spinal cord at the area where it leaves the spine. This is at multiple levels C3-C4, C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc levels. This is a mild condition and can be treated with exercises and a physical therapist.
