What Does The Following Semen Analysis Result Mean?

My husband recently had a semen analysis done..result is as follows: Motility: 70% Count:82 x 10(to the power 6)/mm Morphology: Subnormal sperm progression and morphology. 61% survival in 24 hour sperm prep. 96% defect in the cephalic region Q) He used some olive oil for lubrication..could that have affected the morphology? Q) How does this result (count and motility appears normal but morphology abnormal) affect his fertility? Q) What further treatment is advised?

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your semen analysis report suggest you have normal sperm count and normal motility. Your morphology is subnormal but still 61% survive after 24 hours. So you are fertile and able to become father. No any treatment is required. No need to worry. just be relaxed.
