What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

I have been diagnosed with Bilateral Varicocele 2.7mm on right side, 3.6 on left side. I had sperm tests done twice. Here are the results: My sperm count results were 5 mil/ml(Test with 2 days abstinence) and 7.2 mil/ml (Test with 5 days abstinence) Mobility: 52%. Not sure about 2nd report test Morphology: Normal 2% and 1 % LH result: 7.6 We are trying to be pregnant. I had checked with a doctor and was informed I have no option but to go for IVF. Is there no way apart from IVF to conceive? Any change in lifestyle or medicines? Should I gym regularly to improve changes?

Hi I think you have oligospermia as well as severe teratospermia. In case of severe teratospermia, it is better to undergo IVF with ICSI or IMSI. Medicines are not found to be effective. You can consult a urologist for complete evaluation and discuss regarding effect of varicocele surgery. But there is less chance of improvement. So, in my opinion, IVF is best for you.Hope it helps.
