Hi I m Muhammad Usman my Semen Anylisis report is as under: Volume: 3 ml Reaction: Alkaline Colour: Grey White Liquefaction Time: 0 min Total Sperm Count: 60 million/ ml Puss Cells: 2-3 /HPF Active Motile: 60% Sluggish Motile: 20% Immotile: 20% Please advice whether any problem in report???

I think the report is normal. Count and motility are normal. You can try naturally for a pregnancy if your wife has no fertility issues. Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after her periods stop. It will increase the chance of pregnancy.
