What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi... im face some sexual problem. If you can help me.. my seman report says - specimen collector : 4.40 pm, Specimen exam tim : 5.10 pm, collection place : lab , Volume : 4ml , ph: alkinaline, Liquefaction : Completely Liquefied(after 30 min incubation at 37 degree c, Sperm count : 120 million , Active motile :40 % , feebly motile : 20% , non motile : 40% , sparm abnormality : 30%, leukocytes :1-2/HPF, epithelial cells : 1-2/ HPF , RBC :nill , Sperm clumping : Present, Fructose : Present. ... AND MY TESTOSTERONE IS 171 ng/dl... Im very much frustrated about my sex life..Can you help me for better health sir ?

Hello,

Your testosterone level seems slight low. If needed, its replacement injection can be prescribed. Provide your full report with attachment for giving more comments. Your semen analysis report is normal. Although, non motile sperm high but active motile sperm should be 40% which is normal here.

Sperm count and morphology are within limit. Kindly mention which type of sexual problem is present. If erectile dysfunction then I will suggest further investigations. You can consult physician for examination and discuss all these.
