What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Mean?

What does this means In a pelvic scan:a slightly bulky anteverted uterus measuring 53mm in ap diameter is noted with a hypoechoic intramural mass at the anterior wall measuring 29mm x 26mm.the edometrium shows a thickened decidual reaction measuring 16mm. ŊO̶̷̩̥̊͡ intra/extra uterine cyesis is noted on scan.the POD is free

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The scan report says that you have a single mass in the uterus called 'fibroid'. It is situated more towards anterior wall. Due to this, there is an endometrial reaction leading to its thickening. That is the reason why uterus is also bulky.
In case you are symptomatic, like having irregular or heavy menstrual bleeding, it is advisable to get it removed through surgery.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for appropriate evaluation and management.
