What Does The Following Lab Test Report Indicate?
i am female aged 32 years. married. having one daughter aged 4 years. labour was through surgery. i am having headache for the past 1.5 years. presently for the past one week, my head ache is severe. there is hair loss also. There is also vomiting feeling.
Earlier in 2016, September month, i had fever, head ache, pain behind my eyes, back ache, cold with running nose. Consulted a doctor but could not diagnose correctly. I was told i had sinus problem and medicines were given. But i did not get complete relief. I had head ache continuously from september 2016. Test Reports are as following;

T.W.B.C = 4400 Cells/cumm
Polyneutrophils = 60%
Lymphocytes = 35%
Eosinophils = 05%
Monocytes = Nil
Basophils = Nil
Platelet Count = 1.57 Lakh / cumm
Urine Test: Albumin = Nil ; Sugar = Nil

Haemoglobin = 10.6 gm
Platelet Count = 2.86 Lakh / cumm
Serum Creatine = 0.7mg/dl
SGPT = 24 U/L
Can you please diagnose my issue and help me to recover!

Hi,
Your blood reports are normal. Based on your history you were already diagnosed for sinus infection. It can give rise to headache due to pain and pressure around the sinuses, in the forehead, especially behind and between the eyes, and above the nose. Pain gets worse with movement, like bending over or lying down.
Other symptoms Stuffy nose, Nasal discharge, Sore throat and fatigue usually accompany If pain is your only symptom with hair loss it can be a tension headache related to stress. See which one fits with your symptoms so that you can take appropriate treatment for the same. Take care!
