What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi, I m 26 years, male. I had dysentry before 7 days and the dysentry was come every 4-5 or 6 months. When I had dysentry I ate 400mg metronidazole 2-3 tablets but never met any doctor regarding the issue. That s why I contacted with a gastroenterologist before 1 week. Because the dysentry was happened before 1 week again. And he gave me stool test. Here s my stool test report: Physical Examination: Color: Brown Odor: Offensive Consistency: soft Blood: Nil Mucus: (+) CHEMICAL EXAMINATION Reaction: Alkaline MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION protozoa: VEG CYST OTHERS Vegetable Cells: A Few Starch: A Few Muscle Fibres: A Few Would you please tell me what the report is indicates? Is the above report is bad or good? Thanks

In report no any specific finding present. RBC or pus cells also not present. Mucus can be present in stool normally as well when excess fat intake. If you have again dysentery attack than I suggest you to investigate with stool culture.
According to culture report antibiotic prescribed.
