What Does The Following Endoscopy Report Indicate?

Yes. I had endoscopy with final microscopic diagnosis Antrum, biopsy: reactive gastropathry with intestinal metaplasia gastroesophageal junction, biopsy: Squamocolumnar mucosa with intestinal metaplasia and active esophagitis, consistent with gastroesophageal reflux Could you please explain it to me what they are and what options do I have for treatment? Thanks!

well you had indigestion and reflux disease earlier and that might be the reason you underwent endoscopy...well the reports reveal reactive gastropathy and the metaplasia has lead to the development of barrett's esophagus...it is a premalignant condition and higher grades can be alarming...
treatment options are medical like PPIs and surgical like endoscopic ablation and endoscopic mucosal resection....sometimes nissens fundoplication is done to arrest reflux and eventually arrest barrett's...

you should consult your gastroenterologist for further treatment options....
