Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, this is a machine generated a report and frequently inaccurate. So, it's better if you can upload the ECG tracing. Anyway, whatever is significant is incomplete rbbb.

In this case, the possibility of ischemic heart disease should be ruled out with further evaluation and echo. However, such changes may be seen in hypertension or with age.

So, not necessarily abnormal, and just an age-related change, but should be evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Sagar Makode, Cardiologist
