What Does The Following Cytology Report Suggest?

Hi I am Debasis , Due to tooth bite there is a deep cut in my toungue 4months old . Scrape cytology done as local examination of tounge.Report shows as below Clinical Diagnosis- Ulcer Tongue left border Microsopic - Smears show sheets of mature squamous cells on dense inflammatory back ground Mostly Polymorphs No dysplastic or malignant cell noted Impression : Inflammatory lesion. Currently i am gargleing with Betakind(Povidone-Iodine Solution IP 2% W/V and applying Ornidazole Gel. What should i do for the treatement . BR//Debasis
