What Does The Following Chest X Ray Result Mean?

Helo sir/ma am my 10 month old sister has a pneumonia and chest xray shows there is haxy infiltrates seen in the both inner lung an in the retrocardiac area,the diaphragm and costophtenic are intact, tje bony thorax is anremarkable.may i ask what is mean by that tankyou

when there is pneumonia, there is filling of lungs with pus and fluid which appears as infiltrates on xray.
this report simply says that there is pneumonia in both lungs.
