What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hai,my age 25yrs, I have done my blood tests yesterday. The reports are as follows, MCV 78 MCV 25 MCHC 32 ESR 30 TSH 0.32 IU/ml Total T3, T4 normal What can be the reason for raised ESR and abnormal TSH, I am having 2 months of amenorrhoea.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood reports are as follows:
The MCV and MCH are reduced suggesting microcytic hypochromic anemia.
ESR is elevated at 30 mm Hg. An elevated ESR does not indicate any disease state but it suggests that there is an underlying chronic disease process in the body.
An elevated TSH with normal T3 and T4 suggests sub-clinical hypothyroidism.
Menstrual disturbances are known to occur in hypothyroidism.
Thus, I suggest you to get free T3 and free T4 levels.
