Thsnks for your question on HCM. Your lipids profile is some what alter. Your total cholesterol is high with high LDL cholesterol. These are not good for health. Excess lipids accumulate in the arteries and also in the liver. This called as Fatty liver. And it is reversible condition. If you control your lipids, fatty liver can be reversed. Fatty liver causes mild impairment in liver functions, which can be seen in your liver function test. So in my opinion you should start diet modification and exercise. You can also start lipid lowering drugs after consulting your doctor.
