How Can Secondary PTB From Both Mid To Upper Lung Be Treated?
Hi i just got the xray results today want to know what to do about this -show presence of fibrolinear densities on the left mid to upper lung and right midlung areas -patchy opacities -there is large bullae formation on rhe right upper lung -there is blunting of right costopherenic angle -the trachea is in the midline -the heart appears enlarged -the pulmonary vessels are within normal limits -the osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant body abnormality IMPRESSION: -secondary PTB both mid to upper lung, with bullae formation, right upper lung -pleural thickening rigt - cardiomegaly with no evidence of pulmonary congestion Can someone explain this to me thanks
patient is suffering from TB of lungs ...involving middle and upper lobes of lung...heart is enlarged and shifted to right...u should start with anti tb treatment
