General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Madam/Sir, Hi
Based on the history and the X ray findings you seem to be suffering from mild osteoarthritis of left knee joint. This is due to an ageing process caused by decreased synovial fluid (lubricating fluid in the joint).

I advise you to take Paracetamol tablet three times daily.

You can also use certain pain killer creams containing Diclofenac or Capsaicin for the symptomatic relief.
Besides medication you also need to have regular exercise & try to reduce your body weight if obese.

Hope this will help.
