What Does The Following TMT Report Suggest?

TMT: mild positive for provocable myocardial ischaemia treatment. Results: Developed asymptomic ~1mm ST depression in the leads II, III, a VF & What should be done in this case.

welcome to hcm ...tmt is positive ..in such patients i advise angiography ..percutaneous or CT angiography ..both are excellent techniques to pick fixed obstruction in cardiac arteries ..acc to report i advise drug or stent placement ..so please go ahead with angiography ..please take care of your bp and sugar level and lipid profile ...take proper medications if anything comes abnormal ..till the angio report please take tab nitrocontin 2.6 mg two times ...tab ecospirin or baby aspirin once a day ..and as a precaution avoid fast fried fatty foods and cold wheather ...overall stressful activities must be avoided ...
