what does grade 1 anterolisthesis of L3 on L4 measuring 4 mm. There is disc desiccation with moderate loss of disc height and a circumferential disc bulge. There is server bilateral facet hypertrophy and ligament flavum thickening. There is server dural compression with newar complete effacement of the CSF. There is mild bilateral neuroforaminal stenosis.
