hello my mother MRI report is altered marrow signals identified invilving D11andD12 vertebral bodies appearing isointense on T1W1,PATCHY hipo to hyperintensity noted on T 2W1.There is partial destruction of the D11 vertebral body noted. mild diffuse disc bulge noted at L4_L5 and L5 S1 levels indenting underlying thecal sac whithencroachment and narrowing of bilateral neural formania. Multilevel hypertherophy of ligamentum flavum and facet arthripathy noted.IMAGING feature are likely secondery to vertebral oseteomyelitise likely TUBERCULOUS.
