What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

MRI REPORT - What does L3-4 moderate disc space narrowing with about 8 mm of right lateral subluxation of L3 on L4, and 3 mm of posterior ridging and disc bulging with facet arthropathy but no central canal or definite lateral recess stenosis; moderate left foraminal encroachment mean?

Hi,

It simply means that your disc has been displaced from its place but not compressing any nerve which is a good sign. Simply avoid bending and weight lifting.
