What Does The Following ECG Report Indicate?

Dear doctor i took my mother to hospital for ecg check i don understand the terms wat mean, could you please tell me that why it cauces, what will be the symptoms of it, and what will be the remide for it the report says sinus tachycardia possible left atrial enlargement possible anteriour infarct , age undetermind st &t waves abnormality consider inferolateral ischemia Abnormal ECG pls tell me wat it says.
