What Does The Following ECG Report Indicate?

Test Reason : Blood Pressure : ***/*** mmHG Vent. Rate : 076 BPM Atrial Rate : 076 BPM P-R Int : 124 ms QRS Dur : 074 ms QT Int : 378 ms P-R-T Axes : 053 032 106 degrees QTc Int : 425 ms Normal sinus rhythm T wave abnormality, consider lateral ischemia Abnormal ECG When compared with ECG of 11-SEP-2014 11:10, T wave inversion no longer evident in Inferior leads Inverted T waves have replaced nonspecific T wave abnormality in Anterior leads

Thank you for posting your query. I can understand your concern.

Both the ECG s are okay except the T wave changes. The inverted T waves in anterior leads in the 11th September EKG probably reflect a past myocardial ischaemia( mild heart attack) .

But it is difficult to comment just by looking at the ecg reports. I would suggest to to visit a cardiologist .
