What Does The Following CT Scan Results Mean?

Ive been having headaches right side only with numbness in face, nausea, blurred vision, confusion, and memory loss. I had a CT scan and this is what it said.. inferior right frontal lobe is associated with a small area of parenchymal blush. There is no associated abnormal attenuation or atrophy in the parenchyma. No acute or chronic hemorrhage is apparent. The findings are consistent with the presence of a congenital venous malformation. This is of extremely doubtful clinical significance .....What does this mean?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history and report you have shared, the CT scan is of no absolute clinical significance but the clinical correlation is necessary.

You need to consult a neurologist and get an MRI of the brain done. meanwhile, for your symptoms take painkillers like acetaminophen and get ophthalmologist to consult as well for blurred vision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
