Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your report shows that you may have recurrence of ovarian cancer. Many lymphnodes are enlarged suggestive of metastasis. And hydronephrosis may be due to some obstruction. You have hernia without any obstruction. You need major surgical intervention as well as chemotherapy for your recurrent cancer. Consult gynec-oncologist for that and take treatment accordingly. You need surgery also for your hernia repair.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions then you can ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
