General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Your follicles becoming haemorrhagic could be due to inflammatory reason. Dexona contains 'Dexamethasone', which is a potent corticosteroid hormone which works by altering the immune system reaction and triggering other metabolic effects. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, it is widely used to treat inflammation resulting from many different diseases and allergies.
For you to conceive, the following things needs to be fulfilled:
1. Regular menstrual cycle.
2. Timely ovulation during the cycle.
3. Supportive endometrium for taking up the fertilized ovum for implantation.
What the doctor has evaluated and prescribed would help to overcome the problems you are facing. Just relax and be healthy and fit.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
