General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your child has the presence of pus cells, bacteria and E. histolytica cyst.
So it is suggestive of amebiasis infection of the colon. It is one form of parasitic infection. For that Metronidazole syrup for your child can be prescribed.
Give him only fresh healthy foods only. I suggest you consult a paediatrician for examination and get prescription accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
