a) Sinus rhythm - normal
b) Ventricular rate - normal
c) PR interval - normal
d) QRS - normal
e) QTc - normal
f) Axis - normal

There is nothing wrong . It would have been great if I had seen the EKG . EKG s are just a tool for diagnosis.

I would suggest you to consult a clinician if you have symptoms like chest pain , breathlessness , palpitations.
