What Does The Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

My chest x-ray result is III defined haze at the right apex. Heart is not enlarged. Diaphragm and sulci are intact. Remarks: Suggest apicolordotic view for further evaluation. What does that mean specifically? Why do I need to have an apicolordotic x-ray? Thank you.

An apolordotic view will clear the intervening clavicle from the sight and will show the right apex clearly. Hence u need to do an apolordotic view and then the exact cause can be determined.
