What Does The Blood Test With ALP 141 Indicate?

A blood test revealed an ALP of 141, an AST of 141, and an ALT of 170. My white blood cell count is 3.4. My NEUT% is 44.1, LYMPH% is 40.6, MONO% is 12.6, EOS% is 2.7, and BASO% is 0. I have an ultrasound planned for this week. Can you give me a heads up of what may be going on? I have a six year and I'm very worried.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
ALP and AST are liver enzymes.
The level of ALT and AST levels are elevated in liver diseases.
The normal level of both ALT and AST is between 0-40 IU/L.
Injury to the liver cells or hepatocytes lead to elevated liver enzymes.
Liver cells can injured due to infections, toxins, alcohol, drugs, autoimmune diseases etc.
The total white blood cells is below normal range.
The normal white blood cell count is between 4-10 thousand per cubic millimeter.
The differential white blood cell count is within normal range.
I suggest you to get complete liver function tests to know the status of liver functions.

Thanks and take care
